SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SpeedLux. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our store.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing time of 3 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding local or international holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Times

We offer worldwide international shipping.

Estimated shipping time: 10 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, or issues with the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • The destination of the order

  • The weight of the package

  • The rates of the selected shipping carrier

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties imposed by the destination country.

SpeedLux is not responsible for these additional charges.

The customer is responsible for paying all customs fees associated with delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, we will do our best to assist with tracking but cannot guarantee compensation for delays.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, you must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Resolution of the case is subject to the shipping carrier’s investigation.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to:

  • Regulations of the destination country

  • Logistical or customs limitations

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped to its destination. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
